Making a quick snack that feeds the entire family can have it's challenges. This one works well and even the 5 year old can help you make it. Extra bonus: It's a complete protein, and with the hemp seeds you bring in added protein and essential fatty acids that help with inflammation and feed the brain!

HUMMUS: Here's what you'll need

1 cup of Garbanzo Beans

1 clove of Garlic

2 T of Hemp Seeds

1 T of Tahini (pureed sesame seeds)

Pinch of Salt

2-3 T Olive Oils

And a Splash of Water

½ t Fresh Lemon Juice

Make it

Start by blending the garlic in a #Vitamix or blender, then add in the hemp seeds with a splash of water. Next the garbanzo beans, olive oil, tahini, salt and lemon juice. Blend until smooth – add water or additional olive oil if needed for smoothness.

HUMMUS PIZZA: Here's what you'll need

Hummus

Olive Oil

Ezekiel Wraps (can be easily made with Almond Flour Wraps to make it Gluten Free)

Make it

Once the Hummus is ready, spread it evenly on an Ezekiel Wrap and cover with another wrap. Heat up a pan with some Olive Oil and place the “pizza” in the pan and lightly brown on both sides.

Cut into diagonal slices and enjoy. You can also add in sundried tomatoes, a bit of cheese, or anything else to flavor it up inside with the hummus.
