Banana Hemp Milk Muffins


Here's what you'll need

1 and 3/4 Cup Oat Flour (or a combination of Oat and Coconut)

10 Dates - Pureed

1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

2 teaspoons Baking Powder

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 Cup Hemp Milk

1 Mashed Banana

1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

1 Large Egg

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Make it

Mix batter well and Oil up a muffin pan using Coconut Oil. Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 - 20 minutes depending on the size of your muffins.
