Here's what you'll need
1 large Cauliflower
1 Cup Fresh Parsley
1 1/2 Cups chopped Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Cilantro
1/4 Cup Fresh Mint
1 medium chopped Cucumber
1 large Garlic Clove finely chopped
1/2 Cup raw chopped Almonds
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
Olive Oil to taste
Celtic Sea Salt to taste
Optional: For added protein add in hemp seeds and garbanzo beans
Make it
Chop cauliflower florets and place them into a food processor - chop until they reach a rice like consistency. Place into a large bowl and combine the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and serve.
