Here's what you'll need
1 Cup Chia Seeds 1 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk 2 Tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder 2 Tablespoons Pureed Dates 1 Tablespoon Honey
Make it
Mix all of the ingredients and place in the refrigerator to cool. The chia seeds will end up absorbing all of the liquid. Once absorbed place into a Vitamix or Blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add a bit of water to improve the quality of the smoothness – do it gradually until desired smoothness is accomplished. *For a Protein Boost and some extra chocolate add in a hefty scoop of P4 Chocolate Protein Powder, from www.mybodysymphony.com and…..For extra sweetness puree some berries and mix it in with a swirl!
