Mango and Avocado Salad

Here's what you'll need (serves 4) 1 large cucumber, cubed (1/4 inch) 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved ½ cup chopped green beans ½ cup bean sprouts 1 medium mango, peeled and sliced 1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced ¼ cup finely chopped mint

Make it

Mix and add in dressing

Dressing: 1/3 cup rice vinegar 2 tablespoons lime juice 2 chilies minces 1 teaspoon honey
